The Culture

• Harvard St. Commons runs on a 996 schedule. 9am to 9pm, 6 days a week. This isn't enforced, but it's the energy you're entering. Come ready to work.

• Residents are founders who left school to go all-in. Expect people who are obsessed with what they're building and genuinely curious about what you're building too.

• VC-sponsored dinners and network events happen regularly. Show up, be present, and take them seriously.

How to Treat the Space

• This is someone's home and someone's launchpad. Treat it with the same respect you'd want for your own workspace.

• Keep shared spaces clean and functional because everyone here is trying to focus and output.

• Be mindful of noise and schedules. Deep work is the default mode of this house.

Making the Most of Your Stay

• Share what you're working on early. The best connections here happen organically when people know what you're building.

• Attend the dinners and events (if there are any happening during your stay). Some of the most valuable introductions you'll make won't happen at your desk.

• Be generous with your knowledge + network. The culture at Harvard St. Commons compounds when everyone gives as much as they take.
